By downloading or using the RawFlow application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
RawFlow grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Application, including its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of RawFlow Inc. and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Switzerland and foreign countries.
You retain all rights to the photos and images you edit using RawFlow. However, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original and edited files. RawFlow is a local processing tool and does not provide cloud backup services. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data.
To provide its core image processing features, RawFlow requires access to your device's storage. This allows the application to read your selected RAW files, save edited images, and manage configuration files (such as XMP sidecars). You acknowledge that this data is processed locally and is not collected by RawFlow Inc.
You agree that you will not use the Application to process illegal content or for any unlawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RawFlow Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Application, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
The Application is provided to you 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, RawFlow expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
In no event shall RawFlow be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. RawFlow and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Switzerland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
