To continuously improve your product experience and ensure the stability of our core features, we use the Firebase platform provided by Google to collect two clearly defined categories of information. All information described below is used solely for the purposes stated herein, is not used for personalized advertising, and is not sold to any third party.
Storage Period: Product usage behavior data is retained for up to 14 months, and crash log information is retained for up to 90 days. After these periods expire, the data will be automatically deleted or fully anonymized by Firebase. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties for marketing or commercial purposes. The Firebase services described in Section 4 are operated by Google LLC, and the data they process is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Additionally, the app is distributed via Apple App Store and Google Play Store, which may collect standard telemetry subject to their own privacy policies. For full details on Firebase's data handling, please refer to the official Firebase Privacy and Data Policy.
We value your trust in providing us your information. Since we process images locally, your original content remains on your device. For the anonymized data we collect via Firebase, we adopt the following protection measures: (a) data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted channels; (b) Firebase stores data in encrypted form at rest; (c) access to data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis; (d) we regularly review and audit the data collected to ensure it is limited to the minimum necessary scope. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we and our service providers work continuously to safeguard your information.
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us personal information, please contact us.
Depending on the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of the anonymized data we collect via Firebase, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
